To comply with Scottish Government regulations which came into force 1 April 2023, the local authority will now bill each tenant individually for the period that they rent the storage container.

The tenant will then be responsible for applying online for small business bonus relief.

As a landlord it will be our responsible for advising the local authority each time a tenant moves in or out.

However, it is very likely that You, as a Tenant, will qualify for full relief through the Small Business Bonus Scheme.
