Non-Domestic (Business) Rates

To comply with Scottish Government regulations which came into force 1 April 2023, the local authority will now bill each Occupier (licensee) individually for the period that they rent the storage container.

The Occupier will then be responsible for applying online for Small Business Bonus Scheme relief.

As an Owner (licensor), it will be our responsibility for advising the local authority each time an Occupier (licensee) moves in or out.

However, it is very likely that You, as an Occupier, will qualify for full relief through the Small Business Bonus Scheme.
